What is the goal of this Session?
The goal of this program is to guide you in the most effective ways from learning to practicing your desired fitness routines and making fitness part of your lifestyle Not only do our fitness trainers create your optimal fitness programs, but they also coach you, do assessments, and help you carry out the programs to hit your goals.
What is the key to losing weight?
The key to losing weight in a healthy way is to have a balanced approach spanning physical training, nutrition and diet, and relaxation. These components work in conjunction with each other to provide you the best results, which you will see with our Program. The training part of the Program focuses on a schedule of gym workouts, conditioning days, rest and recovery days, and walking routines. These can be performed at the gym, or at home, with alternatives provided for individuals with differing access to equipment. Nutrition is an important and often overlooked element of physical fitness and healthy weight loss. Drastic measures rarely lead to sustainable weight loss, compared to more balanced, scientific approaches that this Program outlines. Finally, healthy sleep is paramount for recovery and rejuvenation of the body and mind. The Program lays out guidelines and tips for healthy sleep patterns.
How much fat can I expect to lose with this Program?
If you follow along the Program as guided by your SFS Training Experts, you can expect a decrease in your body fat percentage by around 5 - 10% in just 30 days.
Will I lose muscle if I cut fat?
Hopefully not. The major goal of this program is to lose fat NOT muscle. SFS Fat Loss focuses on research-backed methods to maintain muscle while cutting fat. This comes down to strategic strength training in addition to eating right and cardio training. It’s even possible to achieve the perfect balance where you lose fat while building muscle at the same time. That said, at a minimum, the aim is to preserve as much muscle mass a possible and this program teaches you and walks you through exactly how.
