    Awesome work outs

    If you are familiar with the steel mace and know how to use it then this guide is for work outs is great! Work outs are broke down rather quickly so if you are not familiar or this is the first time using a steel mace I highly recommend getting the steel mace training guide first and learn the movements, once familiar with the movements it will make this work out guide so much easier. These work outs will kick your butt!

    A great value

    I think this a a great buy. I also bought the Steel Mace Guide from SFS. I would actually say that I liked this a bit more than the Guide. I may be buying the other SFS Five workouts. I think the guide was valuable but this just gives great workouts. Simple but effective. I would definitely recommend this especially considering the price.
