Warranty Policy
What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns or exchanges on fitness products unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please email our Customer Service team at support@setforset.com with the following information:
- Name of product
- Name and shipping address
- Copy of purchase order that shows date purchased and order number
- Picture of damage(s)
***We don't accept returns of Steel Maces or Apparel***
Please allow 48 hours for a Customer Service team member to contact you. We will contact you during our business hours, Monday-Friday between 9AM and 6PM PST.
Some exceptions can be made so if you have any questions about a product that you've purchased, please contact us at support@setforset.com. Our number one priority is complete customer satisfaction so we will do our best to remedy any situation.
For defective items, we will offer you a 'no-return refund', so an item will not need to be returned to receive a refund or store credit.
Refunds and exchanges are not accepted for products that become damaged from:
- Misuse
- Abuse
- Accidents
- Damage from outdoor exposure
- Lost item(s)
- Anticipated wear and tear
Note: DON'T leave products outside in direct contact with the elements as prolonged exposure to rain, sun and cold will deteriorate them.
